Role Description
We are seeking a Process Trainer for our Overseas Education and Career Immigration division. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The Process Trainer will be responsible for identifying training needs, conducting new hire training sessions, delivering impactful presentations, and improving team performance through structured training programs. The role will also involve supporting staff to optimize their skills in communication, analytical tasks, and process adherence to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Training Needs Analysis and New Hire Training
- Strong skills in delivering engaging and effective presentations
- Well-developed Analytical Skills to evaluate processes and outcomes
- Excellent Communication skills for effective knowledge transfer
- Adaptability and commitment to continuous learning and improvement
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Experience in training roles within the education or immigration sector is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
