Luxoria Jaisalmer is looking for a smart, confident and result-oriented Hotel Receptionist & Marketing Executive.
Responsibilities:
Guest check-in and check-out management
Handling phone calls, WhatsApp and booking enquiries
Managing OTA platforms (MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Booking.com, Agoda etc.)
Building relationships with travel agents, tour operators and local businesses
Promoting the hotel to generate direct bookings and increase occupancy
Managing social media accounts and responding to customer enquiries
Following up with potential guests and converting enquiries into bookings
Maintaining excellent guest relations and ensuring high customer satisfaction
Assisting in sales and marketing activities to attract new guests
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
Good personality and professional behaviour
Basic computer knowledge
Experience in hotel reception, reservations, sales or marketing preferred
Ability to achieve booking and revenue targets

Salary: Negotiable based on experience and performance
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
