Mahindra Solariz is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Territory Sales Officer to drive business growth across kottayam district. The candidate will be responsible for developing the assigned territory through B2B channel sales and B2C customer acquisition while building a strong dealer and referral network. The role requires extensive field travel, relationship management, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Territory Management
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Increase Mahindra Solariz's market presence across Thrissur district.
- Conduct regular market surveys and competitor analysis.
- Identify new business opportunities in both urban and rural markets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, leads, sales activities, and pipeline in the CRM system.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Area Sales Manager.
Key Performance Indicators
- Monthly sales target achievement.
- Dealer and channel partner onboarding.
- New customer acquisition.
- Lead-to-sales conversion ratio.
- Revenue generation.
- Customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Territory coverage and market expansion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field.
- MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in Solar, Electrical, Renewable Energy, Building Materials, FMCG, Consumer Durables, or Industrial Products.
- Experience in B2B, channel sales, and direct customer acquisition is preferred.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Good knowledge of the local market in Thrissur district.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of rooftop solar systems and renewable energy products is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence and own vehicle preferred.
