Job Description – Fiber Splicer
Location: Ayodhya / Faizabad, Uttar Pradesh
Experience: 2–4 Years

Education: ITI / Diploma / B.Com
Job Responsibilities
- Fiber optic cable splicing and termination.
- Perform fiber jointing, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Handle OTDR, power meter, and other fiber testing equipment.
- Identify and resolve fiber connectivity issues.
- Maintain proper fiber splicing records and documentation.
- Follow safety and quality standards at the work site.
- Coordinate with the team for installation, maintenance, and fault resolution.
- Work on Telecom / Data Center fiber infrastructure.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of relevant experience as a Fiber Splicer / Fiber Technician.
- Experience in Telecom or Data Center projects preferred.
- ITI / Diploma / B.Com candidates can apply.
- Basic knowledge of fiber optic cables, splicing, and testing.
- Willingness to work at site and travel locally when required.
