About the Role
We are a growing content agency managing clients across different industries (business, lifestyle, finance, personal brands, etc.). We need a creative Content Strategist & Scriptwriter who understands what makes people stop scrolling and how social media accounts actually grow.
What You Will Do
- Competitor & Niche Research: Find what works in client niches, spot content gaps, and analyze top-performing accounts.
- Content Strategy: Plan monthly content calendars balancing reach (views), trust, and lead generation.
- Scriptwriting: Write high-retention, natural-sounding scripts for Reels and Shorts with scroll-stopping 3-second hooks.
- Visual Direction: Add clear B-roll, on-screen text, and pacing notes for the video editors.
- Conversion Focus: Design CTAs and comment triggers to convert viewers into followers and leads.
AI Policy
- You can use any AI model for research and brainstorming ideas.
- You cannot submit robotic, AI-written text. The script must sound like a real person talking.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience writing scripts or planning content for multiple accounts/niches.
- Strong grip on social media trends, viral formats, and viewer psychology.
- Good written Hindi/Hinglish or conversational English.
