- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software development with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of software design principles and architectural patterns related to Oracle Customer Care and Billing systems.
- Experience in developing and integrating custom modules within complex enterprise environments.
- Ability to analyze system requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern software development frameworks.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing software components to improve system performance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our Indore office.
- A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
