We are looking for a talented and strategic Content Strategist to join our growing team. This is not a generic content role we need someone who can think like a consultant, write like a storyteller, and build a content ecosystem that positions our brand as a premium and trusted partner in the Digital Transformation and ERP consulting space.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Website Content (Priority — First Month)
- Develop strategic, curiosity-driven website copy
- Clearly communicate our expertise and value proposition
- Help position the brand as a premium consulting partner in the ERP & Digital Transformation market
Case Studies & SOPs
- Build a proper SOP and framework for writing and publishing case studies
- Structure case studies in a consulting-oriented, storytelling format
- Roll out case studies for completed projects within 2 months
LinkedIn Content Strategy
- Revamp and manage our LinkedIn presence
- Develop a structured content calendar around: Digital Transformation for SMEs- ERP & Business Process Optimization- AI & Emerging Technologies
- Deliver 1 Carousel Post + 1 Infographic Post per week, Ongoing Content Engine
- Write 1 blog per week for website & LinkedIn
- Maintain a consistent long-term content rhythm
- Continuously improve content strategy based on performance data
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B content writing or content strategy
- Strong storytelling ability — especially for consulting, tech, or SaaS brands
- Proven experience writing case studies, whitepapers, or long-form content
- Familiarity with LinkedIn content formats (carousels, infographics, posts)
- Understanding of ERP, SaaS, or Digital Transformation space is a strong plus
- Ability to build content SOPs, frameworks, and editorial calendars
- Self-driven with the ability to own the content roadmap independently
- Strong command of written English; Hindi or Gujarati is a bonus
GOOD TO HAVE
- Experience working with a consulting, ERP, or tech firm
- Basic understanding of SEO best practices
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Canva, HubSpot, or similar
- Experience creating or briefing visual content (carousels, infographics)
