Business Analyst
Requirement:
1. Business Analysis (Technical) Experience in a technical or
data-driven environment is required.
2. Data Mapping & System Integration Strong experience with data
mapping, APIs (JSON/XML), and system integrations.
3. Agile/Scrum Methodologies Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery
models.
4. Event-Driven Architecture Ability to understand and document
event-driven architectures.
5. Stakeholder Communication Strong skills in stakeholder communication
and requirement clarification.

Perform data mapping and system-level analysis across APIs and
event-driven pipelines.
Act as a day-to-day bridge between offshore development teams and
onshore product/architecture stakeholders.
Support the Technical Product Owner by preparing implementation-ready
requirements and ensuring the backlog is ready for planning.
Reduce ambiguity through structured documentation, defining edge cases,
and clarifying data flows.
Assist in the functional/data analysis of production issues,
particularly during offshore hours.
Participate in PI planning, sprint planning, and design discussions to
support execution readiness.
