Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Telecalling & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential B2B clients, introducing our range of luxury hospitality products, and supporting our overall marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Outbound calling to potential clients (hotels, resorts, and hospitality groups) to introduce our sustainable product line.
- Relationship Building: Maintain a database of prospects and follow up consistently to convert leads into active clients.
- Marketing Support: Assist in digital marketing efforts and help manage company profiles on professional platforms.
- Sales Coordination: Schedule meetings between prospective clients and the management team.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and sales status in daily reports.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Skills:
- Fluency in Malayalam and English (knowledge of Kannada or Hindi is a plus for expansion).
- Strong persuasive skills and a polite telephone manner.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or MS Excel for data management.
- Attributes: Highly motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.
