Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Coordinator cum Lead Generator to support our exhibition brand by generating business leads, coordinating with clients, and assisting the sales team in closing deals. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, client-handling ability, and confidence in interacting with corporate clients and exhibitors.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
- Identify and generate potential leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, databases, and market research.
- Connect with exhibitors, brands, sponsors, and business owners for exhibition participation.
- Maintain and update lead databases and CRM records regularly.
- Follow up with prospective clients and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Generate daily and weekly lead reports.
Sales Coordination
- Coordinate with clients regarding exhibition participation, stall bookings, sponsorships, and branding opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, presentations, proposals, and client documents.
- Assist the sales team in achieving revenue targets.
- Handle client inquiries and provide proper information about events and exhibitions.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Coordinate internally with marketing and operations teams for smooth execution.
Client Communication
- Professionally communicate with clients via phone, email, and meetings.
- Handle client concerns and ensure timely responses.
- Build long-term business relationships through excellent communication and follow-ups.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong client-handling and negotiation abilities.
- Confidence in speaking with corporate clients and decision-makers.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, lead generation, exhibitions, events, or marketing industry preferred.
