Job Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting: Conduct high-volume cold calling and email outreach to potential residential or commercial customers.
- Energy Analysis: Analyze customer energy bills to determine potential savings by switching suppliers.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on specific criteria such as location (deregulated markets), current supplier, and usage.
- CRM Maintenance: Use CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track leads, calls, and outreach progress.
- Sales Pipeline Support: Pass qualified leads to the sales closing team.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Previous experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or B2B/B2C sales, ideally within the energy or utility sector.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills for persuading prospects over the phone.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and CRM software.
- Attributes: Resilient, goal-oriented, and patient, with the ability to handle rejection.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
