Responsibilities
- Assist head baker with mixing, proofing, shaping, and baking
- Weigh and measure ingredients accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and equipment
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times
- Support inventory checks and stock rotation
- Package and label finished products
- Follow food safety and quality standards
Requirements
- Prior experience in a bakery or kitchen preferred
- Willingness to work early morning/weekend shifts
- Attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices (a plus)
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
