The primary function of this role is to support all Salesforce user for issue across all data objects, functionalities, reporting and dashboard and educating users on various functionalities for ease of business. Work you'll do
As an Associate, Technical Project and Program Management on the Internal Client Services team, you will be responsible for:

Serve as a primary administrator supporting Salesforce users across data objects, functionalities, reporting, and dashboards.

Act as a liaison between users, business leaders, and application maintenance and development teams to support issue resolution and system enhancement requests.

Manage user administration activities including license activation and deactivation, permission updates, asset reassignment, and onboarding communications.

Perform user acceptance testing, triage and fulfill ServiceNow requests, and maintain process documentation and activity tracking through closure.

Update and maintain accounts, opportunities, contacts, leads, campaigns, reports, and dashboards while supporting data cleansing across NSE geographies.
The team
The Internal Client Services team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organization in the UK with a wide variety of capabilities like financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative service and helpdesk support, marketing and IT services.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM (IST) / 11 AM to 8 PM (IST)
Qualifications
Required:

Bachelor’s degree or Master of Business Administration (Marketing)

2+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator

Experience with Salesforce administration, including accounts, opportunities, contacts, leads, campaigns, reporting, and dashboards

Experience with user acceptance testing and ServiceNow request management

Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office

Experience with Data Loader for mass data management
-
Salesforce administrator certification
Preferred:

Experience supporting users on a global customer relationship management platform

Experience creating advanced Salesforce reports and dashboards

Experience with data cleansing and reporting

Experience supporting stakeholders across multiple time zones
