Job Description:
We are looking for a sincere and hardworking Lab Assistant for our Electrical Engineering Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and upkeep of Electrical Labs (Basic Electrical, Machines, Power System, Control System Labs)
- Assisting faculty members during practical classes and examinations
- Handling, issuing, and maintaining lab equipment, instruments, and components
- Maintaining lab stock register, inventory, and dead stock records
- Ensuring safety, cleanliness, and discipline inside the laboratory
- Assisting in lab audits, calibration, and university inspections
- Reporting any damage or requirement of equipment to HOD / Lab In-charg
Required Qualification & Skills:
- B.Tech in Electrical Engineering/Diploma in Electrical Engineering / ITI in Electrician Trade from a recognized institute.
- 0-2 years of experience in a college / polytechnic lab will be preferred. Freshers can also apply.
- Basic knowledge of electrical machines, wiring, and measuring instruments.
- Knowledge of computer (MS Excel) for maintaining records
- Sincere, punctual, and able to handle students
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
