Are you passionate about child development and education management? A brand new, state-of-the-art SIP Abacus Center is launching in Thrikkakara, Ernakulam, and we are looking for a dynamic, organized, and energetic Center Coordinator to drive its success from day one!
As the Center Coordinator, you will be the face of our center. You will manage daily operations, handle parent inquiries, lead student admissions, and ensure a warm, world-class learning environment for children.
Key Responsibilities
- Center Operations: Oversee the day-to-day administration, cleanliness, and smooth functioning of the center.
- Parent Relations & Admissions: Welcome walk-in inquiries, explain the SIP Abacus curriculum to parents, handle admissions, and address parent feedback effectively.
- Student Coordination: Manage class batch schedules, student attendance, and track student progress.
- Marketing Support: Assist in local center promotion activities, schools outreach, and events to increase student enrollment.
- Fee Management: Handle monthly fee collections, maintain accurate financial records, and update the center management software.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (Business Administration, Commerce, or Education backgrounds are a plus).
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in front office management, center coordination, customer service, or educational administration. Freshers with exceptional communication skills are welcome to apply!
- Languages: Fluency in Malayalam and English is mandatory.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, a friendly demeanor, basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel), and a genuine love for working around children.
- Locality: Candidates residing in or around Thrikkakara, Kakkanad, or Edappally will be highly preferred.

About SIP Abacus
SIP Abacus is an internationally recognized skill development program for children aged 6 to 12 years. Our scientifically designed system significantly improves children’s mental arithmetic, focus, visual memory, and overall confidence.
Schedule: 6 days a week (Must be willing to work on weekends as these are peak class times for children, with a designated weekday off).
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
