Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming patient leads, calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Counsel patients and families regarding treatment options and hospital services.
- Convert enquiries into OPD visits, admissions, surgeries, chemotherapy, and other treatments.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing, billing, and operations teams.
- Follow up with prospective patients and referral sources.
- Maintain accurate CRM/HMS records.
- Ensure smooth admission and discharge coordination.
- Achieve monthly patient conversion and revenue targets.
- Build relationships with referring doctors and healthcare partners.
Requirements
- 5 - 8 years of experience in hospital sales, patient counseling, healthcare sales, insurance, or related field.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable handling patient queries with empathy.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM/HMS).
- Hindi mandatory; English preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
