Position: Technical Support Associate / Support Engineer
We are looking for a technically proficient and customer-focused professional to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide technical assistance to customers, focusing on troubleshooting and resolving issues related to routers and networking devices. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a solid foundation in networking, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide frontline technical support through phone and email.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving routers
- Collaborate with customers to deliver timely and effective solutions.
- Escalate advanced or unresolved issues to higher-level support teams as needed.
- Log, track, and document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Conduct follow-ups to confirm issue resolution and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Familiarity with CRM and ticketing systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Prior experience in technical support or customer service, ideally in a networking environment.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with router configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
