Are you a procurement professional with strong vendor management and sourcing expertise? We're looking for a dynamic Procurement Executive to join our growing team and drive efficient procurement and packaging operations.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, vendor selection, negotiations, and purchase order processing
✅ Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure timely deliveries and cost optimization
✅ Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, pricing, and delivery metrics
✅ Identify cost-saving opportunities through strategic sourcing initiatives
✅ Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Logistics teams to support operational requirements
✅ Source and optimize packaging materials for quality, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability
✅ Conduct packaging trials and work with vendors to improve packaging performance and reduce waste
✅ Monitor inventory levels and ensure uninterrupted material availability
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Vendor Management, or Supply Chain
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Experience in packaging procurement is preferred
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
