Role Overview
We are looking for highly driven and target-oriented individuals to join our Member Service Delivery team. As a Vacation Sales Officer, your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue through internal sales by engaging with existing members and affiliates, converting interactions into confirmed bookings, and maximizing vacation utilization.
This role is ideal for candidates who are confident communicators, persuasive, and hungry to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities1. Revenue Generation & Sales Conversion
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through internal member engagement
- Convert member interactions into confirmed holiday bookings and upgrades
- Drive upselling and cross-selling of vacation packages, add-ons, and premium services
- Ensure high conversion ratios through consistent follow-ups and closing techniques
2. Lead Management & Follow-ups
- Handle assigned member database and leads effectively
- Execute structured follow-up plans to maximize closures
- Maintain strong pipeline tracking and ensure no revenue opportunity is missed
- Actively re-engage inactive or dormant members
3. Member Consultation & Selling Approach
- Understand guest psychology and travel preferences to pitch relevant offerings
- Provide consultative selling rather than transactional interactions
- Position vacation/staycation options aligned with member benefits
- Handle objections confidently and convert them into sales opportunities
4. Coordination & Execution
- Work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Revenue teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Ensure bookings are executed as per committed timelines and standards
- Support affiliate onboarding with a clear understanding of brand offerings
5. MIS, Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and follow-ups
- Track daily performance against targets
- Ensure timely reporting and adherence to sales processes
Eligibility & SkillsEducation & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline
- Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in sales/customer-facing roles
- Internship or exposure in travel, hospitality, or sales is an advantage
Core Skills Required
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Additional regional/international language is a plus
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools
