1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all hotel departments.
- Coordinate interviews, selection, and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain adequate staffing levels as per operational requirements.
- Develop job descriptions and manpower planning.
2. Employee Relations
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Conduct counseling sessions and conflict resolution.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
3. Training & Development
- Identify training needs across departments.
- Organize induction and orientation programs for new hires.
- Coordinate skill development and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain training records and evaluate program effectiveness.
4. Performance Management
- Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
- Assist department heads in setting performance goals.
- Track employee performance and recommend improvement plans.
- Support succession planning and career development initiatives.
5. Payroll & Attendance Management
- Verify attendance, leave records, and overtime reports.
- Coordinate payroll processing with the finance department.
- Ensure timely disbursement of salaries and employee benefits.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
6. Compliance & Legal Requirements
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Maintain records related to PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
- Handle audits, inspections, and labor-related documentation.
- Keep HR policies updated as per legal requirements.
7. Employee Welfare & Engagement
- Plan employee welfare initiatives and recognition programs.
- Organize staff events, celebrations, and engagement activities.
- Promote employee satisfaction and retention strategies.
- Monitor staff accommodation, transportation, and welfare facilities (if applicable).
8. Administration & Reporting
- Maintain employee files and HR databases.
- Prepare monthly HR reports, manpower reports, and attrition analysis.
- Monitor staff uniforms, grooming standards, and attendance.
- Support management with HR-related insights and recommendations.
Pay: ₹15,509.83 - ₹30,453.71 per month
