Key Responsibilities:
- Make regular phone calls to hotel owners and managers
- Build and maintain strong business relationships
- Receive and process orders over phone
- Prepare and share quotations
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
- Ensure regular follow-ups and excellent service
