Production-Assistant Manager
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising manufacturing activities to ensure production targets, quality standards, cost control, and timely delivery are achieved efficiently and safely.
Plan and manage daily production operations to meet customer requirements.
Monitor production schedules, manpower, machine utilization, and productivity.
Ensure product quality standards and process compliance are maintained.
Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce rejection/rework.
Coordinate with quality, purchase, maintenance, stores, and dispatch teams.
Control production costs, wastage, and downtime.
Lead and motivate production teams to achieve operational goals.
Ensure safety standards, 5S, and company policies are followed on the shop floor.
Prepare production reports, MIS data, and performance analysis.
Handle customer audits and support continuous improvement activities.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen
ERP/Tally/MS Office knowledge
Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related engineering field.
5+ years of experience in manufacturing/production operations.
Automotive / Wiring Harness / Electrical Manufacturing Industry.
