- Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their concerns and provide timely solutions.
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and offering solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers through documentation or reporting tools.
- Online Order Confirmation with Call, Mail & WhatsApp.
- Order Return & NDR handling
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
Job Requirements :
Strong communication skills for effective interaction over the phone.
Ability to work on back office operations, including accounting tasks if required.
