Supports and maintains SAP-based business applications to ensure smooth and reliable operations across the organization. This role focuses on resolving system issues, improving code quality, and supporting integrations between systems while providing technical expertise to business stakeholders.
Resolve SAP application issues efficiently to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
Troubleshoot complex integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems.
Modify interfaces and custom developments based on production needs.
Provide technical guidance and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and process guidelines.
Optimize existing programs and interfaces for improved system performance.
Create and execute automated test cases to validate functionality.
Debug and analyze code independently to identify and resolve defects.
Participate in technical and functional design discussions.
Conduct and contribute to peer code reviews.
Support global operations through participation in on-call rotations.
Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.
Knowledge of SAP development, including report, interface, conversion, enhancement, and form development.
Experience with object-oriented programming concepts in SAP.
Familiarity with enhancement frameworks and modern development practices.
Understanding of database technologies and performance optimization.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and modern SAP technologies.
Knowledge of user interface development frameworks.
Exposure to integration technologies and middleware.
Familiarity with testing frameworks and development tools.
Understanding of business processes in areas such as sales, procurement, and production.
Open to travel internationally if required.
