Job Description
We are looking for Electricians to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring the safe operation of electrical systems and equipment within the production facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform electrical installation, wiring, maintenance and repair work.
- Install and maintain electrical panels, motors, machines and other electrical equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and carry out necessary repairs.
- Read and understand basic electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Use electrical testing instruments safely and correctly.
- Assist with installation and maintenance of industrial machinery.
- Carry out preventive maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Identify electrical issues and report major faults to the supervisor.
- Ensure electrical connections and equipment are maintained properly.
- Follow maintenance schedules and complete assigned work on time.
- Maintain proper housekeeping in the work area.
- Follow all electrical safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Required Skills
- Good practical knowledge of electrical wiring and maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of motors, control panels and industrial electrical systems.
- Ability to read basic electrical drawings.
- Knowledge of electrical testing tools and measuring instruments.
- Basic troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
- Strong safety awareness.
Qualification
ITI – Electrician / Electrical Trade or equivalent technical qualification.
Experience
Experienced candidates are preferred.
Candidates with hands-on experience in industrial electrical maintenance, manufacturing plants or machinery maintenance will be given preference.
Fresh ITI candidates with good practical knowledge may also be considered
