We are seeking a versatile and proactive Multi-Skilled Technician to join our facility management team. In this role, you will be responsible for the routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of building systems, ensuring our properties remain safe, efficient, and fully operational.
Key Responsibilities
- General Maintenance: Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose building equipment issues and execute timely repairs or coordinate with specialized vendors.
- Safety & Compliance: Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Basic Fabric Repairs: Handle minor carpentry, painting, masonry, and locksmith tasks as needed.
- Emergency Response: Serve as part of the primary response team for urgent facility issues and power/HVAC outages.
Qualifications & Requirements (Freshers can also apply)
- High school diploma or vocational/trade certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or HVAC systems.
- 2–4 years of experience in commercial or residential facility maintenance preferred.
- Proven multi-skilled expertise across electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to read technical manuals or schematics.
- Physical capability to lift heavy equipment and work at heights or in tight spaces.
Pay: ₹13,355.85 - ₹23,000.00 per month
