We are looking for a dedicated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound and inbound calls to both customers and restaurant partners, ensuring a smooth and efficient communication process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries regarding orders, payments, and delivery status.
- Communicate with restaurant partners to confirm orders and resolve any issues.
- Provide information about ongoing offers and promotions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and transactions.
- Address complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi and English .
- Basic computer knowledge for order and database management.
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
- Experience in customer service or tele calling is a plus.
