Marketing All-Rounder

About the Role
This is a diverse, hands-on role where you will own the end-to-end execution of our digital strategy. You won't just be "doing" marketing; you’ll be building systems to make it smarter and more efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Execution: Manage end-to-end campaigns across social media, email, and paid advertising.
- Marketing Automation: Set up and optimize automated workflows (drip campaigns, lead scoring, and triggered responses) to nurture prospects and enhance the customer journey.
- Content Creation: Produce compelling, high-converting copy and visuals for various digital platforms.
- SEO/SEM: Optimize all digital assets for search engines and user experience.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct research to identify trends, analyze competitor activity, and pinpoint target audiences.
- Brand Stewardship: Manage our total online presence, ensuring a consistent and professional voice across all channels.
- Innovation: Stay at the forefront of marketing tech and propose new tools to improve our overall effectiveness.
Your Qualifications & Skills
- Experienced: Proven track record in a broad marketing role with a solid grasp of multiple disciplines.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools, and social media platforms.
- Automation Mindset: Experience with Mailchimp (or similar) to build automated email sequences and customer segments.
- Analytical: A data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills; you can tell a story that sells.
- Design-Adjacent: Hands-on experience with Canva is highly regarded.
- Organized: Ability to meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of detail.

- Reliability: A stable, high-speed internet connection and a high-performance computer.
- Environment: A dedicated, quiet home office space free from distractions.
- Shift: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM IST.
