Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the organization's training and development program.
- Learn and understand the company's products, services, policies, and business processes.
- Assist different departments with daily operational activities and assigned projects.
- Support managers in planning, coordination, reporting, and execution of business tasks.
- Collect, analyze, and present data to support business decisions.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Attend meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance professional skills.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Complete assigned projects within the specified timelines.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
