About Roth Pets
Roth Pets is a fast-growing pet care brand focused on making pet hygiene simple, safe, and effective. We create vet-certified, natural wet wipes for dogs and cats, including innovative glove and finger wipes. As we expand across India, we’re looking for a driven Business Development Executive to help scale our presence across key channels.
Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building partnerships, and expanding Roth Pets’ presence across pet clinics, retail stores, distributors, and other sales channels.
This role requires a mix of field sales, relationship building, and strategic thinking.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Growth & Partnerships
- Identify and onboard new retail partners, pet stores, veterinary clinics, and distributors
- Build and manage relationships with key accounts and partners
- Explore new sales channels (grooming chains, online partners, pet events, etc.)
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing ones
- Negotiate pricing, margins, and partnership terms
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
Market Expansion
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitor activity
- Help expand Roth Pets into new areas, cities, or customer segments
Coordination & Execution
- Work closely with logistics, marketing, and operations teams
- Ensure smooth onboarding, order fulfillment, and partner satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in business development / sales
- Experience in FMCG, pet care, pharma, or retail distribution preferred
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable with field work and travel
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
