Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive / Sales Associate with experience in the interior design industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, handling clients, understanding customer requirements, coordinating with the design team, and ensuring a smooth sales process from lead generation to project closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries.
- Conduct client consultations and understand customer requirements.
- Explain interior design solutions and company offerings.
- Coordinate with the design team for design presentations and quotations.
- Follow up with clients and convert leads into successful sales.
- Maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain CRM records and update client information regularly.
- Assist clients until project handover and completion.
Required Skills
- Experience in interior design sales is mandatory.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good client handling and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of residential interior projects.
- Ability to work with sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of quotations and project costing.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
Eligibility
- 2–4 years of experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Associate, or CRM Executive in the interior design industry.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
