Summary:
As a Security Architect, a typical day involves designing and establishing a comprehensive cloud security framework that aligns with organizational objectives and operational standards. This role includes creating detailed architectural plans to safeguard cloud environments, overseeing the documentation of security controls, and facilitating the smooth transition of security operations to managed cloud services. The position requires continuous collaboration with various teams to ensure that security measures are effectively integrated and maintained throughout the cloud infrastructure lifecycle, supporting both business needs and performance expectations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align security architecture with business strategies and compliance requirements.
- Continuously evaluate emerging security technologies and recommend enhancements to the existing cloud security framework.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training materials to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing expertise to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity Access Management (IAM).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Azure Active Directory.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices related to identity and access management.
- Experience in designing and implementing security controls within cloud environments.
- Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into effective architectural solutions.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and standards applicable to cloud services.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
