- Coordinate and schedule home nursing visits for patients.
- Assess patient care needs and develop appropriate care plans.
- Communicate with doctors, nurses, patients, and family members.
- Monitor the quality and effectiveness of home healthcare services.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and safety standards.
- Arrange medical equipment, medications, and other required resources.
- Provide guidance and support to home care nursing staff.
- Address patient concerns and resolve service-related issues promptly.
- Follow up on patient progress and report outcomes to the healthcare team.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
