Salary: 2.5 LPA – 3.5 LPA (Based on experience)

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Engineer with strong expertise in eco house, farmhouse, resort, and mud house construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for complete site execution, ensuring quality, sustainability, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise all site activities
Execute work as per drawings and project specifications
Handle eco-friendly construction practices (mud, lime, bamboo, etc.)
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams
Monitor material usage and control wastage
Ensure quality standards and safety compliance
Maintain daily site reports and progress tracking
Ensure project completion within deadlines
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of civil construction and site execution
Experience in eco house / mud house / resort / villa projects
Ability to independently handle site operations
Good leadership and communication skills
Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Qualifications
Diploma / BE in Civil Engineering
3–6 years of relevant experience
