Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Electrical Production Engineer to support manufacturing operations, ensure smooth production processes, and maintain quality standards in electrical systems and components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day production activities in the electrical department
- Monitor and improve production efficiency and output
- Read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
- Ensure proper assembly, wiring, and testing of electrical components
- Maintain production records and reports
- Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams to resolve issues
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies
- Assist in troubleshooting electrical faults during production
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of electrical circuits and control panels
- Understanding of wiring diagrams and electrical layouts
- Familiarity with tools and testing instruments (multimeter, etc.)
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team and handle shop floor pressure
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to manufacturing or production environment
- Knowledge of PLC basics (added advantage)
- Experience in panel board assembly or machine wiring
Salary:
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
