Applications are invited from homemakers based in Delhi-NCR for the position of Internal Agency Partner (IAP) at Connaught Place, New Delhi.

Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with suitable individuals and introduce them to professional opportunities.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding and team coordination.
- Build and maintain professional relationships.
- Guide, encourage and support team members.
- Participate in role, process and professional training.
- Support advisory and relationship-management activities after training.
- Follow organisational policies, procedures and guidelines.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Homemakers preferably aged 35 years or above.
- Currently residing in Delhi-NCR.
- Interested in beginning or restarting a professional journey.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Comfortable meeting people, building relationships and working with a team.
- Willing to learn, attend training and take responsibility for professional growth.
- Previous work experience is helpful but not mandatory.
Experience in education, administration, recruitment, customer service, sales, banking, entrepreneurship, social work or team coordination may be an advantage.
Previous professional experience is an advantage but is not mandatory.

Compensation: The remuneration may include both fixed and variable monthly payouts. The final compensation will be based on the candidate’s professional experience, role suitability, contribution and performance. Overall earning potential may reach ₹20 lakh per annum.
