- The candidate should have good knowledge and hands-on experience in preparing various types of Indian cuisines, including North Indian, South Indian, Mumbai-style dishes, Gujarati cuisine, Indian Chinese, and other regional Indian foods. (Mandatory)
- · Understand and maintain inventory of food staples and accounting of expenditures in the bulk cooking (catering) kitchen operations.
- Keeping a watch on inventory levels and related controls related to wastage or pilferages. Report to HOD on issues.
- · Planning and preparation of bulk food items as per the pre-planned cyclic weekly menu calendar
- Assist in other areas of the kitchen as/if required.
- ¨ Any other duties that may be assigned by the Chief Executive Officer and/or Board President.
