We are looking for a smart, professional, and friendly Receptionist to manage front desk activities and provide administrative support. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend visitors, students, and parents politely
- Handle phone calls and WhatsApp inquiries
- Maintain attendance and appointment records
- Manage front desk and daily office activities
- Coordinate with staff and management team
- Maintain files and documents properly
- Handle basic computer work like MS Excel, Word, and emails
- Support admission and inquiry process
Requirements
- Minimum HSC/Graduate
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
- Basic computer knowledge
- Presentable and professional behavior
- Female candidates preferred
- Experience as a receptionist/front desk executive is preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
