We partner with leading consumer brands to build scalable digital solutions and drive measurable business growth.Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Node.js and React.js who can independently handle both Frontend and Backend development. The ideal candidate should have experience building scalable web applications, writing clean and maintainable code, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced remote environment.Candidates with a stable employment history and long-term commitment will be preferred.Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.
- Independently handle both Frontend and Backend development.
- Build responsive and modern user interfaces using React.js.
- Develop secure and scalable backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
- Design and consume RESTful APIs.
- Work with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and product stakeholders.
- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
Required Skills
- 7–8+ years of Full Stack Development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and React.js.
- Ability to independently manage both Frontend and Backend development.
- Excellent knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
- Strong experience with Express.js and REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Git/GitHub and version control.
- Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and web security.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
