The Sales & Operations Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end student lifecycle—from the moment a lead is generated to their final enrollment. You will own the center's revenue targets and ensure that operations run like clockwork, allowing the City Head to focus on strategic growth and high-level mentoring.
Key Responsibilities (KRA)
A. High-Performance Sales & Conversions:
- Lead Ownership: Convert digital and walk-in leads into enrollments for CAT, CLAT, and IPMAT.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a disciplined follow-up rhythm (3-3-7 Rule) using our CRM/Tracking systems.
- Closing: Handle fee negotiations and objections with high conviction.
- Outreach Support: Assist the City Head in organizing seminars at local colleges and schools.
B. Operational Excellence:
- Center Management: Oversee the daily functioning of the center (batch scheduling, faculty coordination, and inventory).
- Daily Reporting: Provide the City Head with a Daily Status Report (DSR) featuring key metrics (Calls, Walk-ins, Revenue).
- Student Experience: Ensure every student/parent walking into IMS Prayagraj receives a premium, high-energy experience.
C. Team Coordination:
- Coordinate with the academic team to ensure mock tests and study materials are delivered on time.
- Manage the "Zero Revenue" risk by ensuring constant activity even in the City Head’s absence.
Requirements:
- The Closer: You have atleast 2 years of experience in high-stakes sales (EdTech, Banking, Insurance, or Real Estate).
- The Hustler: You don't wait for leads; you know how to follow up and "create" a walk-in.
- Data-Driven: You are comfortable with Google Sheets/CRMs and believe that "If it’s not in the data, it didn't happen."
- Communication: Exceptional command over Hindi and English, with the ability to build trust with parents and students instantly.
- Local Insight: Familiarity with the Prayagraj education landscape (AU, ECC, SHUATS, etc.) is a huge plus.
