Elegance Living specializes in premium wood solutions including exterior decking, wall cladding, wooden flooring, staircase solutions, pergolas, facades, and customized architectural wood applications. We work closely with architects, interior designers, developers, landscape consultants, and homeowners to deliver high-quality wood installations across residential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional projects.
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Site Engineer to manage multiple project sites, coordinate installations, and ensure timely execution of wood-related projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality and workmanship.
Objectives of the Role
- Manage and supervise wooden flooring, wood cladding, deck flooring, staircase, and related installation projects from start to completion.
- Ensure projects are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
- Coordinate effectively with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and installation teams.
- Conduct regular site visits and provide technical support throughout project execution.
- Monitor multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion within budget and scope.
- Prepare site reports and communicate project progress to management.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Execution & Site Management
- Supervise installation activities for wooden flooring, deck flooring, wall cladding, staircase solutions, pergolas, facades, and related wood applications.
- Conduct daily site visits across Bengaluru and travel to outstation project locations whenever required.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, site conditions, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, project managers, contractors, and installation teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project schedules and manpower deployment to achieve project timelines.
Technical & Drawing Responsibilities
- Read and interpret architectural, interior, and construction drawings accurately.
- Prepare site measurements and quantity assessments.
- Create and modify shop drawings, installation drawings, and detailed execution drawings when required.
- Conduct site marking and layout setting-out activities before installation.
- Resolve site-level technical challenges and propose practical solutions.
Quality Control & Documentation
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout project execution.
- Inspect materials received at site and verify compliance with approved specifications.
- Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, measurement records, and completion documentation.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to avoid delays and quality issues.
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate material deliveries, site readiness, and installation schedules.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project operations.
- Provide regular project updates to management and highlight critical issues proactively.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in site execution, interior fit-outs, construction, flooring, cladding, or related industries.
- Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of site execution processes and construction practices.
- Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings independently.
- Experience in preparing shop drawings and site execution drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project documentation.
- Ability to perform site measurements, marking, and layout work accurately.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bengaluru and for outstation projects.
- Possession of a valid driving license will be an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in wooden flooring, decking, cladding, staircase installations, facade systems, or premium interior/exterior finishing works.
- Exposure to residential, commercial, hospitality, and landscape projects.
- Knowledge of wood species, installation methodologies, and finishing systems will be highly preferred.

Pay: ₹10,780.97 - ₹38,006.69 per month
