Key Responsibilities
- Edit raw video footage into high-quality, engaging videos.
- Create content for social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Add transitions, motion graphics, animations, subtitles, sound effects, and background music.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements.
- Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and maintain consistent quality.
- Perform color correction, audio enhancement, and basic visual effects.
- Manage multiple editing projects while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, tools, and social media content formats.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Media, Film Production, Mass Communication, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in video editing (Freshers with a strong portfolio may also apply).
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Audition.
- Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or other editing software is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, codecs, and social media specifications.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
- Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating reels, shorts, and other short-form video content.
- Understanding of current social media trends and digital marketing.
- Photography or videography skills are an added advantage.
