7. CUSTOMER CARE ASSISTANT
Responsibilities
- Conduct Inbound/Outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Present and explain products or services to customers.
- Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Achieve daily/weekly targets and contribute to team goals.
Requirements:
- Plus 2 / Degree is mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in telemarketing or customer service is preferred.
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
