Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced IT Team Lead to lead the development of web and mobile applications while managing a team of developers. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership, project planning, and client communication to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the development team to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
- Understand client requirements, prepare project scope documents, proposals, effort estimates and recommend effective technical solutions.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for overseas clients, participating in requirement gathering, solution discussions, and regular project updates.
- Contribute to application architecture, development, code reviews and technical decision-making.
- Troubleshoot technical challenges and provide effective problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage server configuration, web hosting, cloud infrastructure, application deployment, security, performance optimization and CI/CD processes.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with PHP (Laravel), Node.js and Python.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean and web hosting environments.
- Strong knowledge of server configuration, deployment, and infrastructure management.
- Proven experience in project analysis, scope definition, proposal preparation and effort estimation.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Fluent English communication skills with experience interacting with overseas/international clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in scalable system architecture and DevOps (CI/CD).
- Exposure to mobile application development.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Acharya Vihar, Bhubaneswar, Orissa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
