We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-friendly candidates for Visa Telecaller and Receptionist roles at My Visa Point - Sarb Pandher in Ludhiana. The candidate will be responsible for handling client calls, managing appointments, attending walk-in inquiries, and assisting clients regarding study visas, visitor visas, and immigration services.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in Punjabi, Hindi, and basic English, along with basic computer knowledge and a professional attitude. Freshers with confidence and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls
- Guide clients regarding visa services
- Manage front desk and appointments
- Maintain client records and follow-ups
- Respond to walk-in and phone inquiries
- Coordinate with office staff for daily operations
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge

- Experience in telecalling/reception preferred but not mandatory
Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
