- 1-2 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Cloud Operations, System Administration, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience with Linux administration and basic Windows server management.
- Experience with one scripting or programming language such as Python, Shell Scripting, JavaScript, or Go.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git and GitHub/Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
- Basic experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Splunk, or Azure Monitor.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancers, and HTTP/HTTPS.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure, applications, and services to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Manage Linux and Windows virtual machines, including provisioning, configuration, patching, and troubleshooting.
- Support deployment, release, and operational activities through CI/CD pipelines.
- Assist in implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Configuration as Code (CaC) using tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and support incident resolution.
- Create and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to improve system visibility and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews, pull requests, and DevOps best practice adoption.
- Support containerized applications running on Kubernetes and Docker platforms.
- Contribute to automation initiatives to reduce manual operational effort.
- Assist in implementing security recommendations, vulnerability remediation, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain system documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.
- Participate in on-call support rotations and incident management activities.
- Work within Agile teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
