## Key Responsibilities
* Plan, create, and manage *Google Ads* and *Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)* campaigns.
* Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads to improve ROI, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions.
* Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
* Set up and manage Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, Video, and Remarketing campaigns.
* Create and test multiple ad copies, creatives, and landing page recommendations.
* Track campaign performance using *Google Analytics (GA4), **Google Tag Manager (GTM)*, and Meta Ads Manager.
* Generate daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance reports.
* Collaborate with the design, content, and SEO teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
* Stay updated with the latest Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital marketing trends.
## Requirements
* *0 months to 1 year* of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Advertising.
* Basic understanding of *Google Ads* and *Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)*.
* Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Business Suite is a plus.
* Knowledge of keyword research, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and time-management skills.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
## Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* Google Ads or Meta Blueprint Certifications are an added advantage.
* Internship or hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns is preferred.
