We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Banking Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing core banking operations, overseeing the end-to-end loan process, and handling comprehensive documentation. A strong emphasis will be placed on your expertise in trade finance, specifically managing export and import documentation, ensuring complete compliance with international trade laws and banking regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Banking Operations: Manage day-to-day banking activities, facilitate financial transactions, and maintain accurate records of accounts and operations.
- Trade Finance & Documentation: Thoroughly review, verify, and process general banking documents as well as specialized Export-Import (EXIM) documentation (e.g., Letters of Credit, Bills of Lading, Shipping Bills, Certificates of Origin, and Bank Guarantees).
- Loan Process Management: Handle the end-to-end loan lifecycle, including evaluating applicant financial profiles, checking eligibility, gathering required credit documentation, processing applications, and facilitating timely disbursements.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all financial transactions, loan processing, and trade documentation strictly adhere to internal banking policies, central bank guidelines, and international trade regulations (like UCPDC).
- Customer Relationship Management: Serve as a key point of contact for corporate and retail clients, providing expert guidance on trade services, loan options, and operational queries.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience working in a banking or financial institution setting.
- Core Technical Skills:
- Deep understanding of banking operations and loan servicing.
- Expertise in Export-Import (EXIM) procedures, foreign exchange rules, and trade documentation.
- High proficiency in banking software and core financial systems.
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, exceptional analytical skills, strong organizational capabilities, and excellent written and verbal communication.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
