Responsibility
- Knowledge of various financial rules and laws such as Indian GAAP, Ind AS, IFRS etc, companies ACT, 2013, IBC 2016 and income Tax Act, 1961.
- Knowledge of financial assets valuation, ESOP valuation, share valuation, enterprise valuation, M&A valuation & purchase price allocation.
- Knowledge and ability to analyse Financial Statements, perform ratio analysis and interpretation of the same.
- Knowledge and experience in financial valuation & financial modeling.
- Ability to perform valuation analysis on a wide range of public and private entities using all accepted and relevant approaches and theory.
- Designing financial models using discounted cash flow.
- Performing in-depth industry, market and competitor research.
- Assist the team lead to conduct valuations, and also carry out valuation assignments independently.
- Knowledge of key data sources such as Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Moneycontrol.
- Providing on-the job technical trainings and guiding associates and senior associates in their day-to-day work request within objective to become a go-to person for them
- To identify potential client who may require our services.
- Independently visit client office to attend meetings including a deep understanding of the internal and end-client needs with exceptional responsiveness, and delivery of the highest quality service and work product.
- Network within the industry to establish new client contact and qualify leads using industry news and publications and also maintain existing client relationships.
- Addressing to all the clients or auditors’ queries regarding the valuation of the subject asset
- Independently gather data pertinent to the engagement through direct client interaction, including personal and telephone interviews.
- Analysis, reconciliation and summarization of data using various software applications such as MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and MS-Word.
- Presenting the results of analysis in a final report in a clear and concise manner
- Maintain personal contact and develop long lasting relationships with customers in order to maximize revenues and cross selling opportunities for the company.
- Respond to referrals (internal and external) in a timely, professional manner.
