A Support Executive in e procurement service providers is responsible for providing assistance and support to customers who are using the e-procurement platform. Their primary role is to address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints or issues related to the platform in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
· Responding to customer inquiries and technical issues via phone, email, or other communication channels related to the e-procurement platform
· Ability to understand the customer requirement related To Tender Submission
· The customer profile should be set according to the tender in the portal
· Finding the suitable tender according to the need of the customer and submit them on the portal
· Providing support and assistance to customers to resolve their issues or problems
· Providing feedback to management to help improve products, services and customer support processes
· Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times
· Keeping up to date with changes in the e-procurement platform and related industry trends
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong technical skills, including familiarity with e-procurement software and tools
- Ability to remain calm and patient when dealing with challenging customers or situations
- Knowledge On Gem
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
